Hypnotist Jeff Jordan answers the question: Can Hypnosis Help Athletes?

The answer is Yes. Some notable top level athletes that have used hypnosis and self-hypnosis to help them achieve success in their perspective sports include heavyweight champion boxer Mike Tyson, olympic gold medalist swimmer Michael Phelps and world champion golfer Tiger Woods. Some of these athletes might consider visualization to be their most powerful tool.

Hypnosis can help athletes with mental rehearsal, confidence building and vaporizing fears. The techniques are mostly very simple and easy. The real tangible benefit to athletes is practicing them regularly as part of their physical training.

Feel free to ask questions and share you’re own experience with hypnosis.
